Terms of Use

These terms govern use of gztradeworks.ca, operated by GZ TradeWorks in Ontario, Canada. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Ontario law does not require a website to publish terms of use. We publish these so it is clear that this page is a brochure and contact form, not a construction contract.

1. The website

The site describes our work in general terms and lets you send a message. Content may change without notice. We do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted or error-free.

2. Inquiries are not a contract

Submitting the form, emailing, or calling is a request for us to get in touch. It does not create a construction contract, warranty, or obligation to perform work. Any job is only agreed in a separate written quote, estimate, or contract that both sides accept. Prices or timelines mentioned in conversation are estimates until that writing exists.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site (including the form): no spam, malware, scraping that harms the service, or false information. We may ignore or delete abusive submissions.

4. Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and branding belong to GZ TradeWorks or its licensors. You may not copy the site for a competing business. You keep ownership of the message you submit; you give us permission to use it to respond and to keep a record of the inquiry.

5. Third-party sites

Links (including Facebook) are outside our control. Their terms and privacy practices apply there.

6. Liability

To the extent Ontario law allows, GZ TradeWorks is not liable for loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general information on it. That limit does not affect rights you have that cannot be waived, or liability for a signed construction contract, which is separate. Consumer protections under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002 still apply where that Act covers the transaction.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere if needed to protect the site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Later use of the site is under the new terms.
